Forbidden CityPosted by Jaqueline (Selangor, Malaysia) on 17 December 2007 in Architecture and Portfolio. Forbidden City of China in Bei Jing. Over a few centuries, the emperor's palaces stood there strong and proud.Even the bricks were made out of very tough stones. The texture on it was all over the place and was simply beautiful.Wonder how many emperor stepped on it before. I got pretty lucky to caught this one.The temperature was unbearable for my hands to stay out of my gloves (yeah,4℃ may sound warm to you,but hey,I 've been living in MALAYSIA for the pass 17years!) so it turned out a bit off focus due to trembling hands. XD I like this shot a lot.
